Miscellaneous::
No fee will be charged for cancellations 14 days before arrival. Otherwise, the total cost will be charged.
Otherwise the obligatory booked rooms will be charged with 80%.
Sorry - due to previous bad experiences pets are not allowed.
From 15.4. - 15.10. of the year, rooms are only available for Fri - Sun. rented. Overnight stays for one night can only be booked at short notice during the weekends.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Rooms are available for check-in from 2 pm on the day of arrival. Earlier check-in possible on request.
The hotel reception desk is open until 6 pm. On later arrival please call 0174 / 74 25 392 till 5 pm to get a code for the key box - there you will find keys and a registration form. To clarify details in other cases also call 0174 / 74 25 392.
On the day of departure, guests are kindly asked to vacate their rooms till 11 am.
